1. Subscription description

The De Colțești Monthly Subscription offers customers the opportunity to receive a product or a package of products selected from our range every month at a preferential price.

By activating the subscription, the customer agrees to the recurring delivery of the selected product and to automatic payment according to the chosen frequency.

2. Subscription duration

The subscription is for an indefinite period and remains active until cancelled by the customer or by De Colțești SRL, under the terms of these regulations.

3. Delivery frequency

• Delivery is performed monthly.

• The delivery date is automatically set at the time of placing the first order.

• The customer can change the date of the next delivery from their customer account (the "Manage Subscription" section).

4. Payment method

• Payment is made automatically via the payment method saved at the time of subscription activation.

• Charging takes place before each delivery.

• The customer is responsible for maintaining the validity of the payment method.

In the event that payment cannot be processed:

• The system will attempt automatic re-charging.

• If payment is not successful, delivery may be suspended.

5. Modifying the subscription

From their account, the customer can:

• change the delivery frequency

• update the delivery address

• update the payment method

• temporarily pause delivery (skip)

• cancel the subscription

6. Subscription cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the customer account.

⚠ Cancellation must be made before the next payment is processed.

If the payment has already been processed, the respective order will be delivered.

7. Right of withdrawal

For food products, in accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or food safety reasons.

8. Product availability

In the situation where a product in the subscription becomes temporarily unavailable:

• De Colțești SRL reserves the right to replace the product with one similar in value and quality

  or

• to inform the customer and offer the option of modifying/postponing.

9. Price changes

De Colțești SRL reserves the right to change the subscription price.

Any change will be notified in advance via email.

The customer has the right to cancel the subscription before the new price is applied.

10. Force majeure

De Colțești SRL cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events of force majeure.

11. Personal data

Personal data are processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Acceptance of the regulations

By activating the subscription, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these regulations.

13. Minimum contract duration and re-subscription conditions

The De Colțești Monthly Subscription assumes a minimum contract period of 4 (four) consecutive months, calculated from the date of subscription activation.

By activating the subscription, the customer agrees that:

• the subscription has a minimum duration of 4 months;

• cancellation before the completion of this period represents a unilateral breach of the minimum commitment assumed.

In the situation where the subscription is cancelled before the completion of the 4 consecutive months:

• the customer will no longer be able to reactivate the same type of subscription in the future;

• the customer will no longer benefit from any potential benefits or discounts associated with De Colțești subscriptions;

• De Colțești SRL reserves the right to refuse the reactivation or creation of a new subscription for the respective customer.

After the completion of the minimum 4-month period, the subscription may be cancelled at any time, in accordance with the standard cancellation procedure.
