I have been on the team at Colțești for a year, and I can say that no two days are the same. My role is to oversee the entire process, from milk reception to the technological flow through which it is transformed into quality cheeses. I am always attentive to the parameters specific to each recipe, because the technical details are what make the difference in the final product.

I am Stoia Andrei and I have been part of the De Colțești team since 2024, serving as Warehouse Manager. I coordinate the entire logistics operation, the place from which our products set out daily to people's tables.
